Click here for your class card This vinyasa style class will feature a series of flowing yoga poses linked by the breath. Students can expect to gain increased flexibility, strength, concentration, and mental clarity. Many variations are possible in every pose, making the class accessible to both beginners and more experienced students. Every class will feature a variety of forward bends, back bends, spinal twists, inversions, arm balances, and pranayama (breath work). Enjoy both the vigorous work out and the calming relaxation of yoga!
Appropriate dress includes skirt or yoga pants, short top, tank top or leotard (wear something comfortable that conforms to your body so you can see yourself move!) and optional hip scarf. Bare feet or dance shoes only in dance studio. |
