Poi & Staff- AdvancedPoi & Staff - Advanced This course will teach students elements of poi movement and staff. this class is only open to advanced students and must be instructor approved. Throughout this session advanced students will continue technique and learn choreography for troupeperformance. Students will also focus on technique and understanding how to manipulate the Poi & Staff effectively to create basic movements, this class is also appropriate for more advanced spinners as Tricia will challenge you, improve & fine tune your technique while helping to continue your knowledge for fire performance. Men, women and couples are welcome! During each class, new concepts will be introduced and reinforced throughout the session. Students will also learn transitions which allow the moves learned to be combined into fluid movements. Our advanced fire classes do offer future performance opportunities. |
