Learn the posture and foundation of this powerful dance form. In this class, you will learn the basic moves of belly dance including: snakes, circles, slides, figure 8’s and shimmies. This is the perfect class for brand new dancers as well as those wanting to secure their foundation! If you want to study twice a week add this class to any other beginning level class and you are sure to move along quickly!

 

Drop in's welcome at any time!

No experience necessary. This class is for the absolute beginner. 

 

Appropriate dress includes skirt or yoga pants, short top, tank top or leotard (wear something comfortable that conforms to your body so you can see yourself move!) and optional hip scarf. Bare feet or dance shoes only in dance studio.
