All classes, events and services are entered into with a full understanding of the risks involved and students will sign a waiver agreeing to enter into these classes, events and services with a complete awareness of their own health and limitations.
Plaza de Anaya ~World Fusion Studio, LLC or its officers, members, instructors or agents shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage of person or property, whether or not the class, service, workshop or performance was supervised by a studio instructor, employee or member.
Students waive and release Plaza de Anaya ~World Fusion Studio, LLC, its officers, employees, instructors and agents from all such liability and related claims, whether based in negligence or fault and further agree to indemnify Plaza de Anaya ~World Fusion Studio, LLC, its owners, members, employees, instructors and agents from any claim by the family, estate, heirs or assigns arising out of the use or services of the studio.
